The salary is too low compared to the amount of pressure you receive everyday
Management is ungrateful and do not recognize talents. A deal won will last a minute, they will always make you feel bad for not signing more (even if you are a top performer ;) )
management are shark, i do not find them to be skilled salesman for the most part. they won't help you on your deals because they do not know anything about the product, they are not confident so they will make you loose your confidence because they panic when targets are nor reached.
you will learn on your own, the hard way
Salesforce is not the golden company it used to be, very lazy people on top, only here to apply pressure without advice or coaching to the sales people.
they fired a lot of customer success, solution engineers and product specialist, be ready to feel alone and sell what you can with what you know from the 100 of solutions available without the necessary training or specialised people to assist (what a dream !)
clients are sold a great solution, but without the necessary support, training and implementation, it is just useless and a waste of time and money for them. what a shame ! it's a brilliant solution though
I left because I was tired of seeing my clients struggling to get the attention they needed with the solution and also because this was the most toxic management I have ever met ! Sharks and backstabbing people everywhere
