We are looking for a Software Developer to join the GPUaaS software development team under Singtel's RE initiative.
RE: AI is Singtel's sovereign AI cloud and AI infrastructure platform, enabling enterprise-grade AI capabilities for enterprises, government agencies, research institutions, and academia. As part of this team, you will contribute to the development of scalable GPU cloud infrastructure, AI services, and cloud-native platform capabilities that support AI model training, deployment, and enterprise AI applications.

Platform Development
Develop and enhance scalable cloud platform capabilities to support GPU infrastructure and AI workloads.
Build systems capable of handling high-volume workloads and concurrent processing requirements.
Architecture & Design
Design and implement infrastructure-agnostic software solutions that support high-performance computing and GPU orchestration.
Contribute to architectural decisions that improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Software Engineering
Develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient software using Go (Golang), Python, and Java.
Integrate with backend services, platform infrastructure, and external systems.
APIs & Microservices
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Ensure services are scalable, secure, and performant.
Front-End Development
Build and maintain modern web applications using React and related front-end technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver intuitive and responsive user experiences.
Performance & Reliability
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, latency issues, and scalability challenges.
AI Platform Enablement
Develop platform features that integrate with machine learning workflows, big data systems, and cloud-native services.
Support automation, orchestration, and operational efficiency across the AI platform ecosystem.
Engineering Best Practices
Follow secure coding standards, software development best practices, and DevOps principles.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Strong experience with one or more of the following: Go (Golang), Python, Java (Java 17 or above preferred)
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL
Exposure to big data platforms or storage technologies is advantageous.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript
Experience with modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React (preferred), Vue.js, Angular
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, Ansible
Experience with Kafka, MQ, Other publish-subscribe messaging systems
Familiarity with REST APIs, SDK integrations, Swagger/OpenAPI, WSDL-based services
Source Control & Build Tools Git, Maven, Gradle
Experience with one or more of the following:
AWS
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Microsoft Azure
Private or sovereign cloud environments
Preferred Experience
Experience developing enterprise-grade, configurable, and scalable software products.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS platforms, multi-tenancy concepts, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning deployment, MLOps, GPU infrastructure, or high-performance computing environments is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
