We are looking for a motivated and structured individual to join us as a Business Operations & Automation Intern. This role offers hands-on exposure to how an education business runs behind the scenes and how internal processes can be strengthened through better organisation, smarter systems, and effective use of digital tools.

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, organising information, and is curious about how simple automation or scripting can make everyday work more efficient — even if you have no prior coding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support projects aimed at improving internal processes and workflows

• Work with data using tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Google Forms

• Help improve or streamline repetitive tasks through better use of Google Workspace tools and simple automation

• Contribute to building clearer systems that help teams work more efficiently

• Conduct basic research and organise findings to support planning and improvement initiatives

• Provide general support for operational and process improvement projects as needed

Responsibilities may vary depending on current projects and organisational priorities, giving you exposure to different aspects of how the business operates.
