Core Responsibilities:
- Financial Operations: Verify and execute outbound payments and resolve provider issues.
- Reporting & Audit: Prepare standard financial reports using our software (Income Statements, Cash Flow) and audit vendor payments.
- Administration: Manage employee permissions, password refreshes, and software changes.
- Compliance: Handle local hiring/employment compliance and government grant applications.
- Business Support: Negotiate processing costs and assist leadership directly with day to day operations.

Benefits At A Glance:
- Annual Leave: 11 Public Holidays + 7 days after 3 month probation, increasing to 14 days; carry forward or cash out up to 5 days.

- Performance Bonus: Annual merit-based bonus paid in February (up to 15% of annual salary)
Work Commitment & Availability:
- Full-time, onsite role requiring approximately 40 hours per week at 109 North Bridge Road, #07-21 (Located inside Funan Mall) (7 minute walk from City Hall MRT).
- Best suited for someone who can commit fully to a standard full-time schedule.
Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
