Core Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations: Verify and execute outbound payments and resolve provider issues.
• Reporting & Audit: Prepare standard financial reports using our software (Income Statements, Cash Flow) and audit vendor payments.
• Administration: Manage employee permissions, password refreshes, and software changes.
• Compliance: Handle local hiring/employment compliance and government grant applications.
• Business Support: Negotiate processing costs and assist leadership directly with day to day operations.

Benefits At A Glance:

• Annual Leave: 11 Public Holidays + 7 days after 3 month probation, increasing to 14 days; carry forward or cash out up to 5 days.
• Medical: 14 days paid sick leave and 60 days hospitalization leave.
• Performance Bonus: Annual merit-based bonus paid in February (up to 15% of annual salary)

Work Commitment & Availability:

• Full-time, onsite role requiring approximately 40 hours per week at 109 North Bridge Road, #07-21 (Located inside Funan Mall) (7 minute walk from City Hall MRT).
• Best suited for someone who can commit fully to a standard full-time schedule.

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,500.00 per month
