I worked here for 3 years and loved it. Very busy, but great team. CEO is very successful and approachable. Left because we moved.

There is not one good thing!

Everything, the worse company to work for! no support, Regional team and owner is fake preaches 5 focus points but can't even do it himself. Ownerships won't pay their bills. You spend more time answering to loyal vendors why they haven't received their money. All upper level management are alcoholics. They could care less about any of their employees and especially the residents. Takes sometimes weeks to even get an answer from the regional team if you are lucky. If you work for them you will soon understand why you shouldn't.

My favorite part of working here is the team for the most part everyone gets along. The executive director and the rest of the management team are a lot of fun and handworkers. Always did fun stuff before corona virus. like llama luau and other fun events for the residents we served. All and all this is a great place to work very understanding company that is willing to work with people all and all I will miss working here and Im sure I will be missed as well.

For me the drive became an issue as well I feel that its locked in and very hard for growth at least in the dietary department.

Greenhaven is a wonderful place for learning and gaining experience, the management team is great collection of young professionals who are getting their sea legs in the business world.
Cons
Caregiver turnover, completely unavoidable in this field but could possibly solve with competitive wages. That’s really it I don’t have anything else left to complain about
