Career progression depends on weather you have a good manager.

No career progression for internal candidates unfortunately even though you have a development plan in place Few senior leadership team members either don’t pay enough attention or pay too much attention to the point it’s micro management. There has been a few changes with new senior leadership entering the company making head office a tense environment to work in due to the changes. Some good team members have left the business due to team culture being poor.

Lack of career progression. Unsupported managers

Career progression and opportunities are limited.

Limited or no opportunities for personal development. Lack of a clear career progression path for technical roles, especially for software engineers. Numerous barriers to achieving goals, leaving you feeling disoriented and potentially losing interest in coding.
