Dreadful leadership. They say they care about people and customers but it is talk only. The only important thing is commercial outcomes at all cost. And the ExCo makes decision to protect themselves and their interests only. Especially the CEO and CPO.

Too many out-dated systems which prevent productivity.

The manager fostered a challenging team environment, with a leadership style that often felt overly aggressive. Expectations were frequently set with extremely tight deadlines that were not always realistic. I also experienced a high level of micromanagement, which limited autonomy and efficiency.

Highly would not recommend anyone work here. In my time there, the number of resignations was astounding. Numerous people i know resigned due to bullying in the workplace. They work you to the bone and don’t pay for it. So many people are dissatisfied here and want to leave. Management also attempts to skapegoat by deflecting their own inadequacies on more junior staff to avoid accountability.

Intensity and overtime, but this is probably not common across all teams. Politics. Lack of support and some capability gaps.
