This is a company where you can contribute and learn at the same time. People from other teams are very nice and professional. Great employee benefits and learning opportunities.

Cons

The manager fostered a challenging team environment, with a leadership style that often felt overly aggressive. Expectations were frequently set with extremely tight deadlines that were not always realistic. I also experienced a high level of micromanagement, which limited autonomy and efficiency.
