Your Role & Impact
Technical & Operations Leadership
Plan, manage, and oversee predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for Fire Protection, Building, and M&E systems.
Provide specialist technical expertise in troubleshooting, investigations, root‑cause analysis, and incident reporting.
Ensure system reliability, availability, and safety, even under high operational demands.
Strong in systems analysis and issue troubleshooting; able to identify root causes and take appropriate corrective actions.
Project, Vendor & Compliance Management
Coordinate repair, upgrading, replacement, and commissioning works with contractors, consultants, and authorities.
Manage equipment lifecycle planning, licensing, documentation, claims, and maintenance procedures.
Ensure full compliance with applicable Singapore Standards, Codes of Practice, and accreditation frameworks (e.g. IQEHS, JCI).
People & Performance
Lead and supervise contractors and a team of technical staff to maintain high service quality and operational efficiency.
Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and drive accountability across vendors and in‑house teams.
Improvement & Optimisation
Initiate and support service improvement, cost‑optimisation, and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) projects.
