Job Description

• Fully responsible for the day-to-day operations at assigned estate or building.
• Ensure estate/building property and assets are maintained at the highest standard commissioned by the MCST clients and subsidiary proprietors.
• Supervise repairs, contracted work, routine maintenance to ensure deliverables and services are delivered according to contracted specifications.
• Manage servicing agreements, term contracts, insurance policies etc.; ensure smooth operations on-site.
• Co-ordinate council meetings and annual general meetings from drafting to publishing of minutes.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Estate Management.
• Familiar with Building Management and Strata Management Act.
• 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in written communications such as drafting circulars, meeting minutes and progress reports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Has self-initiative, tactfulness and quality-conscious mindset.
