Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You’ve come to the right place.
YOUR IMPACT
As an Associate Analyst, you will collaborate with your project team to analyze data, interpret results, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
Your responsibilities will include managing datasets, engaging with clients to gather and validate data, assessing data quality, and testing hypotheses to drive solutions. You will join our Singapore office as part of Finalta by McKinsey, a global leader in benchmarking for banking and insurance.
Building on 20+ years' experience, Finalta combines performance data and best-practice knowledge from 350 financial institutions in 50+ countries to generate insights on how to achieve superior performance. Finalta’s benchmarks provide clients with a unique management tool to objectively assess performance against peers and quantify opportunities for improvement. Our best practice cases illustrate how to close performance gaps and give clients a roadmap to reach world-class performance while reducing the time, cost, and risk of change.
Finalta’s core benchmarking projects typically span six months, during which you will work with multiple clients (5–6) simultaneously, allowing you to develop expertise in specific topics, markets, and organizations. This role covers the full benchmarking cycle, providing broad exposure to our global teams and leading banking and insurance clients. You will also develop a deep understanding of Finalta’s benchmarking products, systems, and diverse markets and domains.
YOUR GROWTH
Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues—at all levels—will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won’t find anywhere else.
