Position Overview

Our Client is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee architectural activities on-site, ensuring seamless coordination among teams and adherence to project specifications. The role involves active participation in technical discussions, problem-solving, and supervising the progress of architectural tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in technical and site meetings alongside consultants, offering practical solutions to emerging challenges.
• Review construction drawings and collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and consultants to address technical and site-related issues effectively.
• Monitor the execution of architectural work to confirm compliance with design documents and standards.
• Keep the Project Manager or Construction Manager informed about any technical or site concerns related to architectural activities.
• Oversee the on-site progress of architectural components, ensuring work is completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to align architectural tasks with project timelines and quality expectations.
• Support the preparation of progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, clients, and management teams.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a degree from an accredited university recognized by BCA and the local Board of Architects.
• Brings at least five years of experience in architectural coordination within construction projects.
• Familiar with local building codes and the process of submitting documentation to authorities.
• Proficient in design and drafting software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, with additional tools being advantageous.
• Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, with the ability to guide teams and organize tasks efficiently.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Available to work approximately 5.5 days per week, with flexibility as needed.
