I got the sense that they are looking for a certain personality, type, that "It" person that stands out. Definitely show that you are charismatic and diverse in your interests. It was a challenging interview, as the questions were less about tangible achievements and more about personal philosophy and how you feel you would fit in with the Apple 'culture.'
