Work closely with Business Development and Programme Management teams to support new business proposals, tenders, and capability presentations.
Analyse customer operational requirements and convert them into structured, outcome-based training needs.
Apply new and appropriate training technologies to enhance training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
Evaluate training effectiveness and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance data.
Prepare clear and professional reports and presentations covering training analysis, design, implementation, evaluation, quality assurance, and improvement outcomes.
Advise internal stakeholders and customers on cost-effective training solutions, including resource planning and delivery options.
Collaborate with curriculum development team to design, develop, and approve training curricula, lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools, while ensuring Training Management Plans (TMPs) and all training programmes align with organisational strategy, customer operational requirements, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
