Deploy, configure, manage, and maintain virtualized infrastructure (For Virtualization ie VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V. For Storage ie HDS (Hitachi Data System), HPE, Dell, EMC, Lenovo, IBM. For Backup Software ie Veeam, Veritas BackupExec, Veritas Netbackup, Acronis, Arcserve, ShadowProtect).
Create documentation, perform root cause analysis, quickly identify trends and recommend possible solutions.
Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software related issues.
Serve as a primary support and maintenance resource for customers.
Perform required maintenance off hours and support 24×7 operations.
Participate in requirements gathering.
Present and promote solutions and services to highlight value add.

2+ year’s experiences in virtualization technology.
Knowledge of server systems, storage systems, virtualization technologies and networking.
Knowledge of data center route/switch technology, backup/recovery in a virtual environment.
Understanding of active directory architecture, DNS administration.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong coordination and project skills.
Strong customer experience mindset, listening, understanding and responding to customer needs.
Assess and evaluate current virtual computing infrastructure, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
Keen to learn

Minimum Diploma in computer science, information technology, computer programming, or similar.
VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) preferred.
