NATURE OF WORK & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Allocate work area to Sub-contractors / work teams and ensure they are aware of :
  
  • Project procedures for the success completion of the project works,
  • Outcome expectations to be achieves by them relating to manpower use, quality, time and project requirement
  • The project plan and program of work
• Weekly review and evaluation of man hour allocation and team / task productivity associated with all project Supervisor /Foreman
• Ensuring full compliance of Security, Environmental and Safety system including the periodic maintenance of ATEN’s testing equipment.
• Liaison and coordination with clients’ representative, consultants, Main Contractor, other Trade contractors / Vendors, System Specialist, relevant Authority and Agencies on the project to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Participate in project tendering, budgeting for the project within an estimated cost.
• Preparation of all drawings (Shop drawings, technical details, construction and As-built drawings)
• Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.
• Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.
• Preparation of Monthly project status reports and managing of change orders.
• Maintain an innovative approach to project activities and encourage this to the project team
• Act to minimize the risk of industrial relation issues by maintaining excellence communications with all level of project personnel

• Take reasonable action to ensure the safety and health of all personnel under their control.
• Ensure Risk assessment is conducted and hazard control measures are implemented for all projects under your care
• Ensure daily house- keeping are carried out at site.
• Ensure documentation are available and appropriate for job safety analyses, inspection and test plans, inspection and test checklist, Technical Procedure with input from supervisors, Team leaders and other project team member
• Manage site mobilization and demobilization in an orders and efficient manner.
• Input to the programming and coordination of the construction works with the project manager /construction manager
• Supervision of sub-contract activities
• Resolve site conflicts and minimize waste of all materials used on the project
• To coordinate and participate in the testing and commissioning of the project’s work and system
• To perform secondary or ad hoc assignments

JOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

~ Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience

~ Fresh Graduate or 1 to 5 Years of relevant experience

Skill & Knowledge

• ~ Must have comprehension for written or verbal graphic instructions
• ~ Must possess good communication skills.

Personal Qualities

• ~ Have excellent problem solving skills
• ~ Good team player and customer focused with excellent communication skills.
• ~ Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• ~ Able to work under pressure with high initiative

Working Hours

~ Monday to Friday: 0830 hours – 1800 hours

~ Saturday: 0830 hours – 1230 hours
