Pros

A noble mission, great healthcare benefits, Some amazing coworkers

Cons

No work/life balance - you are expected to work as long as it takes (50-60 hours min a week) and it is only 'temporary' even when it has been happening for years, salaries that lag far behind the competition, constantly being asked to sacrifice your financial future in the form of no raise or minimal yearly raises and frequently no bonus or reduced bonuses with no ability to recover those losses later on, No stock options, unreasonable expectations for those in support given the staffing shortages and lack of pay, undo pressure - such as our VP suggesting a baby died because of an issue with our application and was due to us not being able to answer the phone quick enough, If you weren't 100% in , had a different opinion, or agreeable to all changes then you were considered a traitor and were targeted for retaliation

Pros

Project was a good to work on experience. Coworkers were great

Cons

Company stopped caring about it's employees. Below market value pay. More concerned with cutting costs over making the job enjoyable.

- had decent culture - Good pay - Fulfilling work - A good place for self motivated individuals who are comfortable working with little to no over site assistance

Cons

- Lack of leader ship - Lack of empathy - Every employee did 5 job with lack of over lap - Management focused on profits instead of outcomes

Pros

Good pay, great benefits. You can earn wellness credits with things like step counters, tracking workouts, etc. and if you earn enough the company pays 100% of your health insurance premiums. Flexible work schedule, currently working remote.

Cons

Different teams can feel like different companies in terms of management style and methodologies.
