We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking manager to lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance curriculum design and automate operational workflows. This role will drive efficiency, scalability, quality, and compliance across training operations by leveraging AI agents, workflow automation tools, and digital collaboration platforms.
Role and Responsibilities
· Design, build, and deploy AI agents to support curriculum development, assessment creation, and workflow automation.
· Collaborate with academic, operations, and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve productivity.
· Develop AI-assisted templates and workflows for course outlines, learning outcomes, assessments, reporting, and trainer-related processes.
· Integrate AI and automation tools with existing platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft 365, and related systems.
· Ensure AI-generated outputs align with WSQ/SSG, EduTrust, and internal quality assurance requirements.
· Establish validation processes, documentation standards, and audit trails for compliance and version control.
· Provide user training, guidance, and change management support to encourage adoption of AI tools.
· Track implementation outcomes, efficiency gains, and user feedback, and continuously improve deployed solutions.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Education Technology, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in AI implementation, automation, digital transformation, or training operations.
· Experience in curriculum development, adult education, or learning and development environments is preferred.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms is advantageous.
Preferred Skills
· Strong understanding of workflow design, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement.
· Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI-assisted content generation, and business process automation.
· Familiarity with WSQ/SSG frameworks, EduTrust compliance, and audit-ready documentation practices.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Additional Notes
This role is intended to support the organisation’s digital transformation efforts by improving efficiency, standardisation, and compliance in curriculum and operational processes. The incumbent is expected to work cross-functionally and contribute to scalable AI adoption across the organisation.
Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
