Lead the design, implementation, and governance of strategic and operational projects across Asia. Partner with regional senior management and global PMO to translate business strategy into executable programs that improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
5-7 years of relevant experience in PMO, strategy, business transformation, or consulting.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain industry preferred.
Strategic Program Leadership:
Translate regional and corporate priorities into structured project portfolios.
Develop business cases, assess ROI, and align projects with strategic objectives.
Provide regular project and strategy updates to the regional leadership team.
Project Management Office Governance:
Define and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, and templates.
Monitor project health, risk, and budget compliance.
Drive accountability and ensure timely project closure with proper handover.
