Roles and Responsibilities for Onsite support Engineer
· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with fluency in English.
· To pick up incidents, investigate the root cause and follow their life cycle through to resolution.
· Installation, configuration, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to Microsoft client operating systems, Email (Outlook), File & Print service, MS office, and various business applications etc.
· Basic Knowledge of Hardware parts replacement on Laptops.
· Ensures client specific SLA are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system
· Own imaging (OSD & Autopilot) & deployment of laptops for new starters & replacements.
· Basic knowledge of Access Points, Switches, Hubs & Routers.
Pay: $4,510.00 per month
