Job Description:
Design and craft seller education materials / Seller Education Hub articles for various steps of seller journey, including account setup, SKU mass upload, payment binding, shipping fee calculations
Design and craft incubation programs (market insights, tools, etc.), prepare for seller webinars
Manage inbound seller sign-ups, including prioritising for account creation, informing and supporting sellers to activate accounts
Manage the processes of mass incubation, including weekly announcement, tracking and following up on the seller participation in flash deal/deep discount
Manage the inbound enquiries from local relationship managers supporting the local sellers on their local/other cross border businesses, channel them to the right PICs, and track the processes
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related discipline
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must
