Join Our Client as a Calibration and Testing Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to become part of our expanding operations team in Singapore. This role involves executing a variety of calibration and testing tasks, ensuring precise and timely results with minimal supervision. The position is based in Ang Mo Kio and offers an opportunity to contribute to a global leader in quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and in-house calibration and measurement of dimensional gauges and instruments using CMM, reference masters, and testers, adhering to established work instructions and documenting findings accurately.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Assist in managing daily calibration activities within the lab, aligning with ISO 17025 standards, including quality control, work planning, and customer specifications.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients, supporting their testing and calibration needs.
• Handle administrative tasks related to calibration reports and documentation.
• Support the team in various operational duties as assigned by supervisors or senior staff members.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Aerospace, Precision, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in quality control, calibration, or testing environments.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience analyzing calibration and test data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Familiarity with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 standards and measurement uncertainty concepts is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and basic mathematical skills, including algebra and geometry.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds periodically, with occasional heavier lifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods during work shifts.
• Moderate physical effort required for daily tasks.
