We’re looking for a Test Automation Engineer (TAE) to support both manual and automated testing activities, depending on Test Factory workload. You will work closely with local and international teams (e.g., Singapore, Switzerland) and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Developers, PMs, and BAs.
This role reports to the Test Manager and plays a key part in ensuring quality delivery across projects.
Your missions
Prepare, maintain, execute, and report manual and automated test cases
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber
Build and enhance scalable, reusable automation frameworks
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab
Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams to ensure quality delivery
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in test automation
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on automation practices
Develop and maintain utility tools to support Test Factory operations
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience in the banking or financial services domain
Experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber
Strong understanding of automation frameworks and testing best practices
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and distributed environment
Strong communication skills
Proactive mindset with continuous learning attitude
Experience in mentoring or supporting junior team members is an advantage
