Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to drive growth and strengthen the market position of the Peritoneal Dialysis portfolio.
• Support the development and implementation of annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Monitor marketing performance against key objectives and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize effectiveness.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Support end-to-end product launch activities, including pre-launch planning, launch execution, and post-launch performance evaluation for new products, services, and digital solutions.
• Partner closely with the Sales team to develop and optimize sales enablement tools, promotional materials, and customer engagement resources.
• Perform sales data analysis and contribute to demand forecasting, business planning, and performance tracking activities.
• Develop high-quality marketing and educational materials, including product brochures, training presentations, digital content, and patient education resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, patient associations, and other key stakeholders to strengthen brand credibility and advocacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of stakeholder engagement initiatives and strategic programs.
• Manage marketing activities within approved operating expense budgets
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences industry.
• Candidates with combined sales and marketing experience and a demonstrated track record of strong performance are highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple projects and execute marketing initiatives effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Experience with content creation and design tools (e.g., Canva) is an advantage.
