Opportunity

We are recruiting analyst roles in our office in Singapore. We invite applications from qualifying candidates to be part of the growing team in this region. Analysts will play a key role in ensuring the consistency, quality and timely delivery of data that powers our products. The Analysts will be part of a dynamic team working with colleagues across multiple locations and experience a truly multi-national culture.

Required Day to Day Responsibilities

• Process data and apply in an accurate manner to the database using technical and financial knowledge to add value
• Take responsibility for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness
• Ensure timely and complete resolution of queries from internal and external clients
• Work effectively within teams or by yourself, be proactive to identify and resolve problems
• Liaise with Data Operations, Customers and third party suppliers
• Research new and review existing sources to ensure that quality, timeliness and automation
• Support continuous improvement of the process by sharing observations and feedback on the process
• Understand and source financial information
• Build relationships with overseas market contacts
• Document policies, procedures and work processes
• Adhere to current data policies and procedures
• Backup other analysts in the team during their absence

Required Skills (Must Have)

• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Good written and verbal communication in other Asian languages

• Understanding of Financial Markets and Statements
• Microsoft Office Skills – Outlook, Word, Excel
• Able to work under pressure, under strict timelines.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

We are currently in Hybrid work mode - with initial requirement to be in the office full time during training period and then moving to a 3-days in office set up.
