3.Policies and Procedures
To oversee, track and monitor centre’s corrective action responses, ensuring that centre’s principals, supervisors and staffs follow through all corrective action plans and review the effectiveness of such responses.
Motivate the team to achieve operational effectiveness, ensuring ongoing organisational capabilities without compromising quality standards.

Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or related discipline.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Knowledge of quality/compliance management as well as regulations and standards in Early Childhood
Experience with quality improvement systems
Aptitude for reviewing data, strong analytical skills and meticulous
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
