Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all services offered through the centres meet or exceed internal and quality assurance guidelines.
• Conduct audits on regulatory compliances, internal processes, procedures and potential high-risk non-compliances areas as per Regulatory Standards.
• Involved in initiatives to implement quality measures to raise the standard of early childhood care and education in child care centres.
• Ensure centres’ adherence and conformity to corporate identity and guidelines.
• Ensure the team provide a safe and nurturing environment for children that encourage their social, emotional, physical and intellectual development.
• To escalate issues and concerns to management in a timely manner.

2.Licensing and SPARK certification

• Familiar with ECDC Act
• Familiar with SPARK QRS-U.
• Ensure that the centres adhere and compliance to the regulatory standards.
• Develop action plan to meet Licensing & SPARKS criteria

3.Policies and Procedures

• To oversee, track and monitor centre’s corrective action responses, ensuring that centre’s principals, supervisors and staffs follow through all corrective action plans and review the effectiveness of such responses.
• Motivate the team to achieve operational effectiveness, ensuring ongoing organisational capabilities without compromising quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or related discipline.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Knowledge of quality/compliance management as well as regulations and standards in Early Childhood
• Experience with quality improvement systems
• Aptitude for reviewing data, strong analytical skills and meticulous
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
