We are a fintech startup building AI-powered trading and investment products. Our work sits at the intersection of quantitative trading, AI agents, financial education, gamified trading, and investment technology.

We are looking for a Business Development Intern / Associate to help us expand our network, build partnerships, attend AI and fintech events, and create new business opportunities.

Role Overview

You will help the company build relationships with potential partners, customers, investors, institutions, communities, and ecosystem players.

This role is ideal for someone outgoing, proactive, and comfortable speaking to people. You should enjoy networking, attending events, starting conversations, and turning relationships into opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Attend AI, fintech, startup, trading, investing, Web3, and technology events on behalf of the company.
• Network with potential partners, customers, investors, mentors, and industry operators.
• Identify partnership opportunities with fintech companies, AI startups, trading communities, schools, institutions, accelerators, and investor networks.
• Help arrange meetings, introductions, demos, and follow-up conversations.
• Build and maintain a CRM/database of contacts, leads, event attendees, and potential partners.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Support partnership proposals, pitch decks, outreach messages, and follow-up materials.
• Help represent the company professionally at events, meetings, and community sessions.
• Gather market feedback from potential users, partners, and investors.
• Work closely with the founders to convert promising conversations into real business opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable attending events and speaking to new people.
• Interest in AI, fintech, startups, investing, trading, or technology.
• Proactive, confident, and willing to take initiative.
• Able to follow up consistently and keep track of conversations.
• Good written English for outreach messages, follow-ups, and proposals.
• Organised and able to maintain contact lists, notes, and CRM updates.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and other networking platforms.

Nice to Have

• Existing network in AI, fintech, startups, finance, trading, universities, or investor communities.
• Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, community building, or events.
• Comfortable pitching a product or company in a simple and clear way.
• Experience with CRM tools, Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, HubSpot, or similar.
• Interest in financial markets, crypto, trading, or AI agents.
