As a leader in global background screening services, HireRight is seeking a strategic and customer focused Product Manager to join our International product organization. In this role, you'll drive product innovation and execution across the Southeast Asia (SEA) markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

As a product leader at HireRight, you'll be empowered to define the SEA vision, shape the roadmap and champion the voice of the customer - all while working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment that values transparency, agility, and impact. This is a pivotal role within the International product team and will deliver strategic solutions that are tailored to the needs of the SEA region.

Whilst collaborating with a globally distributed product development organization, you will establish close partnerships across the business to create, build, and deliver innovative and differentiated screening products from ideation to launch. You will deliver customer-focused products and services that mitigate risk for our clients, increase efficiency and speed up the time-to-hire for HireRight’s customers. This is an exciting role for a customer-centric innovative individual to drive our product strategy across the SEA region, grow our market share and positively impact our clients.
