We are looking for a Business Analyst based in Singapore.
The Global Network Operations Programs Group (GNOP) executes FOCUS by identifying and managing programs of change that enable Global Network Operations to achieve standardized processes, service excellence, optimal efficiency and lowest operating cost. GNOP support of the full end-to-end scope of Global Network Operations, is constantly aligned with Global Network Operations' priorities and aligns with the other DHL Express functions to deliver improvements that are aligned on purpose, objectives and support the business needs. On behalf of the Global Network Operations group, we work closely with the various Business and IT teams, driving change of both a business operations process and IT solution nature.
The role of the GNOP Business Analyst is for specified scope/project(s) to ensure sound understanding of business requirements, specify appropriate business solutions and assess the impacts of change on the current business environment. Business solutions include business processes (manual or automated), associated performance measures, business rules, standards and technology, including IT systems. Also to be a centre of competency in the area of focus (Global Net Ops) and provide use/leadership in applying business analysis best practices, tools and internal standards within the organization.
