Who We Are Looking For
Crisis24’s Crisis Security Consulting (CSC) team is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our expanding Asia-Pacific practice, based in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in driving business development and delivering physical and cyber security risk and crisis management consulting services. We are looking for a highly motivated and driven consultant/practitioner to support our clients and continue to grow our APAC consulting practice.
The Senior Consultant APAC will report to the Senior Director, Africa, Middle East & Asia-Pacific, for the development and maintenance of Best Practice in CSC’s pre-incident consulting services. These responsibilities will be monitored and managed through the company's performance management review cycle and regular monitoring of performance against KPIs throughout the year. Core accountabilities are: Delivery of consulting services; Execution of defined administrative tasks; Participation in the company performance management cycle; Delivery of revenue through new business development tenders & proposals, and Day-to-day CRM.

- Place of Work: Singapore
- Travel Expectations: This role requires regular international travel in support of consulting projects. Flexibility and readiness to deploy at short notice – both domestically and overseas to higher threat environments – are essential.
What You Will Work On
Business Development
- Drive new business generation for CSC across Asia-Pacific, meeting and exceeding annual sales and pipeline targets
- Develop and manage a proactive lead-generation strategy for clients headquartered across APAC
- Build, manage, and convert a sustained pipeline of opportunities, leveraging local networks, industry events, and market intelligence
- Scope, price, and manage the development of high-quality RFP responses and proposals
- Represent CSC, Crisis24, and GardaWorld in client pitches, briefings, and strategic presentations
- Identify opportunities to integrate the broader GardaWorld service offering into client engagements
- Provide market insight to internal stakeholders on emerging opportunities, competitive positioning, and regional sector trends
Consulting Services Delivery
- Deploy to client offices throughout APAC and/or other overseas locations to deliver CSC’s pre-incident consulting services
- Delivery and management of SRM, CM and BCM consulting services (such as risk assessments, policy/plan development, incident and crisis management planning, and other projects)
- Produce all relevant documentation in support of assigned pre-incident consulting services delivery; responsible for the quality and standards of such documentation in line with CSC’s best practice doctrine and methodology
- Project management of live security risk and crisis management consulting projects and coordination of deployments, including administration of other staff and/or third-party consultants on projects
All hazards response
- Deploy to client offices throughout APAC and/or other overseas locations to deliver ‘all hazards’ crisis management response support services on short notice
Account management
- Client liaison and account/client relationship management of new and existing consulting clients
Team engagement
- Work in cooperation with the wider global consulting team on all aspects of consulting services delivery
Administrative
- Maintain and/or oversee accurate accounting records for key clients allocated
- Keep Salesforce and any other platforms used by Crisis24 up to date and accurate in relation to relevant accounts and proposals
- Support the wider Crisis24 and GardaWorld business as required

You will collaborate with colleagues across the Crisis24 global network - including teams in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East & Africa, and Asia Pacific - as well as with partners within the GardaWorld group. Cross-functional teamwork with our Special Risks, All Hazards, and Product Risk units will be a key part of your role.
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 7 years' relevant previous experience in a security, intelligence, risk, or crisis management environment, working in an operational and/or consulting role
- Strong working knowledge of Security Risk and Crisis Management / Business Continuity Management – Best Practice and Industry Standards
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Highly commercial, with the ability to recognise and develop commercial opportunities
- Creative thinker who can apply initiative and create solutions to solve clients’ problems
- Personable and able to communicate effectively at all levels with team members and clients
- Able to relate well to others with confidence and empathy, build trust, and remain calm and resourceful during difficult and emotive situations
- Able to demonstrate adherence to values: ethics, discretion, integrity, and accountability
- Has the flexibility and motivation to work irregular hours and maintain quality delivery
- Invested in development: maintains a high level of industry knowledge and awareness of geopolitical and security/crisis management issues and trends
- A second language (particularly Spanish) highly advantageous. Other languages an advantage
- Demonstrable commercial experience in developing new business opportunities
- Extensive travel experience globally, including in high-threat / hostile environments
- Competent skills with office-based software; MS Office
- At least one relevant security risk management qualification (CSMP, CPP, PSP or other)
- Eligibility to reside and work in Singapore
