We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing Salesforce functionality, enhancing user experiences.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Stakeholders : Engage with business leaders, end-users, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
Translate Business Needs : Convert business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with development teams and business goals.
Facilitate Process Improvements : Analyze existing business processes, identify pain points, and recommend automation or optimization using Salesforce tools.
Oversee Salesforce Enhancements : Partner with Salesforce administrators and developers to design, configure, and implement custom solutions, including workflows, dashboards, and custom objects.
Conduct Testing : Perform functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure Salesforce configurations meet business requirements and maintain high-quality standards.
Create Reports and Dashboards : Develop insightful reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across teams.
Train and Support Users : Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.
Act as a Liaison : Bridge communication between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery of projects.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (preferred, but not necessary).
Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating user stories.
Hands-on experience with report creation and dashboard design in Salesforce.
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Business Analyst.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management software.
