About The Role

As a VK Transformation SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the consultants and team to steer the strategic direction and execution of our agency’s SEO efforts. Keen interest in understanding users’ digital journey and analysing data to draw business insights from complex data, designing SEO strategy, and executing digital marketing campaigns. There will be opportunities for him or her to work on different projects and enjoy the excitement of analytical problem-solving, critical thinking & innovation across the Asia Pacific region.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular keyword research, website audits, and competitor analysis to generate actionable insights and improvement strategies for VK Transformation and its clients.

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies—including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO—to enhance website visibility, search engine rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.

• Support the growth of SEO-driven content by contributing to research, planning, and publishing initiatives.

• Troubleshoot SEO-related issues and implement optimisation plans to improve site performance and compliance with best practices.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, web development, and graphic design teams to implement SEO strategies in alignment with VK Transformation’s SEO Playbook.

• Assist in preparing and delivering detailed performance reports that track progress, highlight key outcomes, and identify opportunities for optimisation to ensure client success.

• Stay informed on emerging trends and consumer behaviour within Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region to guide market-relevant SEO strategies.

• Keep up to date with ethical SEO practices, including both white-hat and black-hat techniques, to ensure strategies remain compliant with search engine guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO or digital marketing.

• Proficient in SEO tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from data and make strategic recommendations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

• Demonstrates a genuine interest in consulting and/or working within a digital marketing agency.

• Creative thinker who enjoys developing new strategies and ideas; able to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret numbers and reports to identify trends and opportunities.

• Highly committed, proactive, and solutions-oriented team player with a strong sense of initiative.

• Capable of working independently and efficiently; responsible, trustworthy, and able to consistently meet deadlines.

• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment, with a strong desire to contribute meaningfully.
