About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an Associate, People & Operations to join our Singapore office. This full-time, in-office role anchors both our people operations and office management functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong administrative foundations, and an engaging workplace environment.
You’ll work closely with our People & Ops team to manage HR processes, employee experience, and general office operations for our Singapore team. If you enjoy keeping things running seamlessly, balancing structure with flexibility, and creating a workplace where people can thrive, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Manage day-to-day people ops and office administration in Singapore.
- Oversee office vendors, supplies, and team logistics.
- Support contracts and payroll across Fisher8's local and regional teams.
- Handle onboarding, offboarding and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, benefits and compliance.
- Assist in drafting and implementing internal SOPs, HR letters, and communications.
What You Bring
- Strong operational judgment with the ability to prioritise, structure, and drive multiple workstreams independently.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a track record of improving people and operational processes.
- Confident communicator who engages effectively with stakeholders across teams, functions, and seniority levels.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability when handling contracts, payroll, and sensitive information
- Proven experience across HR operations and office management, including payroll coordination and contract administration
- Strong command of Google Workspace, with a solid working knowledge of HR documentation, policies, and compliance fundamentals
