Roles :
Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand and analyze user, business, and system functional requirements, translating them into clear delivery objectives.
Design robust technical solutions aligned with the Functional Specification Document.
Leading a development team (around 8 members) to carry out development using .Net, SQL Server, Microservices on Azure cloud
Develop and implement solutions based on Technical Specifications, including thorough unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
Conduct code reviews for junior developers and external vendors to maintain coding standards and best practices.
Prepare and review documentation related to system releases and deployments.
Support system testing activities, ensuring timely resolution of reported issues.
Assist in integration testing and user acceptance testing phases.
Provide incident support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, including root cause analysis.
Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and timely issue resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET technologies, with strong proficiency in C#.NET and SQL Server.
At least 2 years of experience working with Azure .NET technologies.
Prior experience in banking or financial institutions is preferred
Proven experience in deploying and maintaining cloud-native .NET applications on Microsoft Azure.
Hands-on expertise in Azure Functions, Azure messaging services, and related compute resources.
Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
High level of accountability, ownership, and commitment to delivery excellence.
