You will be part of our Delivery organization, working closely with Architects, Technical Consultants, and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with SoftwareONE’s delivery standards.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of customer projects, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, timelines, budget, and quality. You will play a critical role in driving governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence while contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities,

Lead projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives

Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality in line with delivery governance standards

Act as the main point of contact for customers, internal teams, and external partners

Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear accountability across all workstreams

Track progress, manage risks and issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagements and support business growth
What we need to see from you:
Strong experience in managing IT, cloud, or digital transformation projects
Proven ability to lead complex customer engagements in a services-driven environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interactions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical and commercial stakeholders
Knowledge of project governance, financial tracking, and delivery management practices
