Job Purpose

We are looking for a UI/UX Developer who is passionate about designing intuitive and user-centric enterprise web applications for railway and operational systems.

The role focuses primarily on understanding user workflows, translating operational needs into effective user experiences, and crafting clear, accessible, and scalable interface designs, while also developing frontend implementation to ensure designs are translated accurately into responsive and maintainable web applications.

The candidate will work closely with stakeholders from different operational domains to map user journeys, identify pain points, and design practical digital solutions that improve usability and operational efficiency.

Strong proficiency in Figma, user flow design, wireframing, interface prototyping, and frontend code development are essential.

In addition to UX/UI responsibilities, the role will also need to develop frontend implementation and integration of designed interfaces into production web applications using modern frontend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user engagement and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand operational workflows, challenges, and user needs.
• Translate complex operational requirements into intuitive user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and interface prototypes.
• Design clean, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces for enterprise web applications using Figma and related prototyping tools.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to validate UX decisions and continuously improve usability and workflow efficiency.
• Define and maintain consistent UI/UX patterns, design standards, and reusable design components across applications.
• Design interfaces involving complex workflows, forms, schedules, dashboards, maps, and operational monitoring systems.
• Create interactive visual concepts and layouts involving SVG-based diagrams, schematics, or data visualizations where required.
• Work closely with other developers/engineers to ensure proper implementation and alignment between design intent and technical delivery.
• Translate approved UI designs into responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frontend frameworks.
• Support frontend development activities including component integration, API consumption, and UI behavior debugging.
• Ensure interfaces are responsive, accessible, and optimized across desktop and mobile environments.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, frontend engineering, or enterprise web application development.
• Strong experience in UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and user flow mapping using tools such as Figma.
• Strong experience of frontend web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience designing operational, monitoring, dashboard, or workflow-driven systems is advantageous.
• Experience in frontend implementation using Vue, React, Angular, or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Prior exposure to APIs, SQL/noSQL databases, Git, and Docker is advantageous.

• Good aesthetic sense and ability to design clean, intuitive enterprise interfaces.
• Proficient in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation.
• Ability to map user journeys and simplify complex operational workflows.
• Ability with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue, React, or Angular.
• Familiarity with SVG-based interfaces, visualizations, or interactive diagrams is advantageous.
