Your team
You’ll be working in the Asia Execution Group (AEG) in Singapore. The role is to provide corporate and institutional clients with advice and solutions, covering a range of products and services such as IPOs, M&A, debt offerings. The role involves exposure to a broad range of sectors and capital market products (including but not limited to SEA IPOs, spin-off, convertible bond, share placement), as well as a solid platform for career development.
Your expertise
Ideally you have 6-8 years of solid experience in investment banking or corporate finance
Track record of (i) supervising/ managing IPO, i.e. lead the full execution life cycle of IPO including due diligence, risk assessment, project management, drafting prospectus and regulatory communication, (ii) leading a M&A transaction from start to finish, i.e. drafting of marketing materials and financial model, designing optimal M&A strategy, valuation discussion, negotiation of transaction documentation
Demonstrate strong commercial mindset and sector / market insight to support origination
Act as a trusted day to day advisor to senior client management and key stakeholders
A great communicator, whether presenting to clients or executives and a great team player
Able to develop creative solutions to meet client needs
Own transaction processes, timelines, and coordination across internal and external parties
