We are looking for a small number of high-performing Corporate Solutions Consultants to join our team. This is a role for people who want to operate at the intersection of strategic advisory and partnerships - advising decision-makers on workforce transformation.We hire based on experience and merits. What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs.
• Create responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases and Redis caching for performance and reliability.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2 and JWT.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based application deployments.
• Work closely with the Product, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience using Git for version control and working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with integrating third-party services, such as Stripe.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable collaborating in a fully remote work environment.
