What you will do

We're looking for deep expertise in one or two of the following domains.

• Application & AI Security Own our secure SDLC and defend against LLM-specific threats across our AI product stack. Semgrep, CodeQL, SAST/DAST in CI/CD, OWASP LLM Top 10, Prompt Injection defence.

• Cloud & Infrastructure Security Secure our cloud environments and eliminate standing privilege risk. AWS/GCP, CSPM, Checkov, Terraform IaC gates, JIT access, CIEM.

• Security Operations Build our detection capability and own our incident response function. Splunk or equivalent SIEM, MITRE ATT&CK, SOAR, IR playbooks, MTTD/MTTR ownership.

• Data Security Design how we classify and protect audio, transcription, and PII at scale. Data classification frameworks, WORM audit logging, Snowflake permissions, DLP controls.

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

• 3+ years of hands-on security engineering — not consulting, not assessment, actual building.

• Deep expertise in at least one domain above, with tools and delivery to back it up.

• Proven ability to scope work, select tools, and deliver independently without a pre-existing framework.

• Comfortable reasoning across cloud, data, product, and operational security — and communicating risk clearly to engineering and leadership.

• Familiarity with relevant frameworks where applicable — NIST CSF, CIS Benchmarks, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, SOC 2.
